Due to the bottleneck created by the Canada
Post strike we are currently experiencing delays in receiving photo
orders from the lab. What used to take 2 days is now a week or longer. Our goal
is to get you your order in a timely fashion, but this situation is beyond our
control. If you are enquiring about a specific order please provide an order
number so that we may assist you better. Thank you for your understanding
Due to the ongoing Canada Post strike, we have adjusted our delivery methods to ensure you receive your school photo orders promptly:
- Brandon Residents: Orders will be hand-delivered directly to your mailbox. If we cannot deliver direct to your mailbox we may contact you for an alternate delivery method.
- Rural Customers (Outside Brandon): You will have the option to pick up your order, or if there are enough orders from your school, we will arrange for drop shipping via a major courier to your school, where orders will then be sent home with students.
Please note that some orders shipped before the strike and are currently in Canada Post’s possession and could experience delays. If you have concerns about the status of your order, we encourage you to reach out to us.
Once the strike is resolved, we will resume using Canada Post for direct shipping.
